Ten-Minute Tune-Ups

If you can’t find the time for a long workout in your hectic schedule, Rebecca Johnson and Bill Tulin have the answer. They co-authored Travel Fitness, designed to help busy business travelers keep fit while on the go. “New studies show that a regular, moderate amount of activity, spread throughout the course of a day, will keep you healthy Even a 10-minute walk twice a day can get you on the road to feeling better,” says Tulin.

The key to getting in shape when you’re on a very tight schedule is flexibility. “Find hidden opportunities throughout your day to squeeze in a few exercises or stretches. Choose to be active whenever you can, and recognize that every bit of activity counts.”

  • Walk whenever possible. Take the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator. Walk briskly to office meetings or when performing errands. Instead of parking your car right in front of your destination, park two or three blocks away and walk.
  • Try to accumulate 10 minutes or more of stretching per day “Seize opportunities to stretch while watching TV, riding alone in an elevator, or waiting in line:’
  • Think of your living room as your gym. You don’t need expensive club memberships or fancy equipment to get a complete workout.

And because every¬body in our culture is so much more comfortable seeing breasts used to sell toilet cleaner and cheese puffs, it’s hard for them to see what have evolved into favorite sex objects taken out of context. Bottles, rubber nipples, and formula are very far removed from breasts, and most people are much more comfortable looking at rubber nipples than they are with the possibility of eyeballing the real thing.

Yes, there will be pressure not to breastfeed. Yes, unless you live in a cloister, there will be times when you’ll have to do it in public. But it isn’t mandatory K.P. duty. Like pregnancy, it is for a finite period of your life. And it is mostly a pleasant duty. The good you do in this early period will last a lifetime for your child. (And no, they’ll probably never thank you for it.) Plus, there are ways around your own modesty, variations you will learn in this book so that you can feel comfortable.

Because of their lack experience of all about baby, a new couple tends to get confused easily when they buy baby equipments, or even sometimes they are cheated by deceitful sellers.

To avoid those unintended cases, it is suggested to collect all information, tips, and anything about new born baby’s need, to elder sisters or friends who are experienced in parenting. But as blogging culture has already become almost everybody’s life style, maybe we can also searching over the internet, about people’s experiences of having a baby, or even we can read an expert’s writing in the internet.
