Handling Acne
When we have (even only one spot) acne on our face, it can turn our mood to the bad one. Acne makes us feel so uncomfortable that sometimes our fingers were naughtily caught and crushed the acne, and didn’t realize that it causes more breakouts on our face.
That’s why serious acne treatment is needed for several cases, including medicine and life style.
About medicine, you better go to the doctor, but about life style, maybe these tips can be of value for you. They are:
- Wash your face at least twice a day, in the morning and in the evening. Also, make sure that your face is already clean from make up before you go to bed.
- Get your face rid of your hair, because dirt on your hair can move to your face.
- Drink at least eight glasses of drinking water. That will be good for your metabolism and throw away toxin and other residue.
- Change your bed sheet and pillow case regularly once a week, because dirt from the bed sheet and pillow case may stick on your face and causing acne.
