When buying a new house, the house that we bought had a lot of window glass. So when the summer comes, look so hot. So there is reduction of light entering. The interior designers are advised to wear wood blinds. After check at the store, the price is quite expensive. The store give an alternative with faux wood blinds, the price is much cheaper than wood blinds, and also there are so many models and colors. And now our house so much cooler than the first time we bought.
